MELON AND SHRIMP COCKTAIL
A classic marriage of sweet melon, sea-fresh shrimp, our own Marie Rose Sauce and a twist of lemon to your taste.

½ DOZ. CARLINGFORD OYSTERS.
Fresh from the sea, with brown bread.

OYSTERS 'POPEYE'
½ doz. Oysters cooked with spinach mornay and crispy bacon.

OYSTERS HAULBOWLINE.
½ doz. Cooked oysters with horseradish and cream cheese,
garnished with smoked salmon strips.

OYSTERS WITH BLUE CHEESE.
With a blue cheese and cream sauce

GARLIC OYSTERS
½ doz. baked oysters, with a garlic and herb crust.

MIX AND MATCH.

Served with a sweet red pepper sauce on a bed of sautéed leeks

SIMPLY HADDOCK
Breaded, pan fried and served with our own tartar sauce.

DENISE'S FISH POT
Choice cuts of Hake, Salmon, Prawns and others gently poached in
a tomato, wine and garlic cream and served with basmati rice


CARNIVORE'S DELIGHT.

12oz. SIRLOIN STEAK.
8OZ. SIRLOIN STEAK.
Cooked as you like it; Pepper or Béarnaise Sauce.

PAN-FRIED FILLET OF PORK.
Marinated fillet of pork, pan fried and served with a spiced orange and apple sauce

CHICKEN NICE AND LIGHT
Chicken fillet, wrapped in bacon, on a bed of spinach and nutmeg with a stilton sauce.

FILLET OF DUCK.
Served with a Plum and Ginger Sauce.

BRAISED SHANK OF MOUNTAIN LAMB
On a bed of Garlic Mash

VEGETARIAN CORNER

VEGETABLE RAGOUT.
With a mushroom and cream sauce on a bed of rice.

SPINACH AND RICOTTA TORTELLINI
Served with a tomato cassata and parmesan cheese.

but with groups of six or more will be charged at 10%.
